Boyd Creative Pty Ltd (ABN: 28 158 551 743, ACL: 425682, AFCA: 45547) trades as Finty. Finty is a free website for comparing Australian personal loans, savings accounts and term deposits. We will never charge you for using it.

Not advice

Nothing on this website, including product pages, tables, guides and calculators, is credit advice, financial advice or credit assistance. Calculator results are illustrations only.

Finty does not provide credit or help you obtain credit, and does not advise you to apply for any particular product or provider. If you apply for a product, you deal with the provider, not Finty. The provider alone decides whether to approve an application, on its own criteria. If you need advice for your own circumstances, see a qualified, licensed adviser.

Product figures

Most figures on Finty come from the data banks and lenders publish under the Consumer Data Right. For a lender that doesn't publish that data, figures are read from the lender's own website. Each product page says which, and when the figures were last updated or checked.

Providers can change their products without telling us, and figures are shown without warranty. Check the details with the provider before you apply. If you find an error, please tell us so we can fix it.

Finty does not list every product on the market. A provider cannot pay to change its figures or its place in a table sorted by those figures.

Liability

We will not accept:

• responsibility for acts or omissions of providers or of our service providers that may affect you;
• any liability for any indirect or consequential losses you may suffer by using this website; or
• any liability exceeding $25.00 for direct losses you may suffer by using this website.

Nothing in these terms excludes a right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
